abandoned. exiled. for nothing except... for a little retort. introducing. ; SURI. THE ABANDONED. EXILED. one. ---------------------------------------------------------------- fighting everyway to keep the stnikiness of the beer bottles away from her nose, addi managed to climb on the table that was sturdy and dirty. the moss that has been hiding inside the shack soon emerged onto addi's foot, making her shriek with disgustment. she hated this exile that lady has sent her. just because she retorted a little bit and gave her opinion about not to bark at this innocent girl that she saw o0n the streets, lady had sent her off to exile at the abandoned shack twenty miles away from new york city. her apprentice, flare had excorted her here, leaving her damanged and alone.
it was a rough past for her. flare had to walk twenty miles to escort her to the abandoned shack, which lady calls, the exile island where the dogs go when they are going to be punished. you have to smell the dirty beer bottles and sleepon the dirty floor which could be contamined with all sorts of germs that addi could not say or speak of.
it was just because of a small retort from addi that sent her here. when she was manuvering in the streets of new york, without thinking a girl pet her, making lady furious after seeing that incident. it wasnt right for a human to touch a dog and let a gang dog be happy with it. lady decided that addi needed to teach that girl revenge, she told addi to find the girl within three days, but before finishing off her command and lecture, addi had argued with lady, sending her away from her gang and to the abandoned shack. that was when she ended up here.
alone, desparate and hungry for some food, and hoping that a dog would be able to come here to accompany her back to the shiro territory, because she had heard a rumor that lady was holding a meeting at the broken subway tongiht. she had to make it there! but she didnt know the way back to the shiro territory. she sighed and a little tear trickled out from her eye.

Damion stopped in front of the shack, his tongue lolling, side's heaving. Lady had sent him to retreive Surri/Addi, and that's what he intended on doing. It had taken him a while to get here, around three hours of constant loping for the twenty miles. It was starting to get dark now, he would have to hurry and find Surri/Addi and travel the twenty mile's back quickly if he wanted to make it home before morning. He knew the other dog was probably hungry, so he wasn't sure how fast they would be able to go, or how far. He stepped up the the shack's door, then shouldered it open, stepping in. He could smell the other dog, so he was careful not to startle her. She was probably hungry, and he had no idea what she would be feeling after being sent here by Lady, so he wanted to make sure that she wouldn't attack him. "Hello?" He called, looking around.
ooc- I wasn't sure what the name was, so I just used both.

SURI. who was abandoned...because of a littoh retort to a bad mistake made by lady...;;
Suri looked up in surprise after she decided to bury her face in a pile of abandoned clothes as well. She sniffed the air, and noticed that it was a Shiro dog, hoping that they were going to rescue her instead of making her move to another worse and vile location. She was afraid to speak, unable to comphrehend around herself, she was intimidated by the fact that lady kept on cursing her young pup life. She gave it a shot and whispered, "Who is it?" She didnt expect to get a reply, but she did expect to get a loud pounce behind her back, making her back ache worse than it does now. But surprisingly, nothing happened except for a few loud pawsteps coming toward her. She realized who it was, it was Damion! She yelped in surprise and happiness but confusion as well, did damion come here to rescue her? or take her back to lady for more punishments? Suddenly, a sad feeling crept over Suri as fast as a waterfall could land on the ground, she backed away as Damion happily retreived Suri. "What are you doing here?" She demanded, dumbedly.

"Good to see you too Suri." Damion said, a bit sarcastic. "I have been sent to retrieve you. We have quiet a few things going on now, that you are needed." He looked down at the westie pup, her black eyes standing out against her white fur and wagged his tail slightly, friendly. He was to train her along with Kiyo and XERA after the first three day's of Naku and Niko. Then the last four days, he would be working with all of them. That was good, it would probably get Suri back into the rythm of normal life, outside the abandoned shack again. Damion wagged his tail slightly, and took a step towards the door. "I suppose you could still stay here if you wanted to though." Damion said, masking his mischevious attitude. "I'm not sure Lady would like that too much though."

Suri;
Suri scoffed and tilted her head up and growled slightly, "Lady doesnt like anything that I do." She stared down at the dirty floor which was populated with broken glasses that could sting a dog's paw if it wanted to. She didnt like the abandoned shack anyways, I mean, sleeping on the icy cold counters and trying to not step on the broken glass pieces whenever she got down. Not to menion the food shortages. "I dont want to do with whatever...Lady wants me to do." Suri added. She didnt like Lady that much anymore and she didnt respect her as much as she should because she started hating Lady after she sent her to the abandoned shack. She didnt like the weather in the abandoned shack though, always dark and lonely and quiet. It wasnt what Suri was like inside. She was an energetic pup who was determined to make her life worthwhile. She reconsidered what Damion had said and then spoke again, "What's in it for me if I follow Lady's plans?" She demanded, curiously.
Notes: hehe. not much notes but Suri is a bit challenging . Finished? YES/no OOCs: OK so..IDK. Im back from vacation! LOL and school starts on the 27th so...

Damion wasn't sure about Lady liking Suri or not, he knew she was quite hard on her though. But then again, she usually was on most others too. "If you follow Lady's plans, we might have a chance at defeating the humans." Damion said, knowing that that alone might convince her. But just in case it didn't.... "Besides, I know that you can't like it here, it's freezing. If you won't come back for Lady, how about for me?" He asked, making himself cheerful for the little westie. He missed her mischievous little attitude when she was around, as much as he pretended to be annoyed by it. "Come on, you've got to be freezing." He knew if he nudged her just in the right direction, he would probably be able to sway her.

Feeling used and useless and she felt as if Damion was using a good habitat as bait. She barked loudly, and glared at Damion. She didnt like being cheated or dragged or being put into a position where she is the center of attention at choosing things. But she didnt want Damion to choose for her as well. She wanted to live outside in the wild like a stray dog, feeling the wonderful air away from new york city brush through her fur. she wanted a life without stupid lonesome gang dogs like Lady, who commands every dog to do whatever she wanted.
And whatever rubbish Damion was talking about about Lady wanting her to come back to the gang, she scoffed. Why would lady ever consider that stupid option? She would rather let Suri wonder off into the wild like a stray dog, finding her own prey and living alone somewhere far off where the gangs werent. She didnt like the feeling of family or leaders controlling. She wondered if she could change that once she went home to her cave, she could probably work out sneaky trying to betray lady and throw her off and then convince the dogs that she is their right leader, a little pup right now. She would train and train to be one of the greatest dogs in the universe, she will dominate lady and get revenge! But of course, she didnt mention that to Damion.
After a while of considering what she should do, she never gave a little hint about whether she wanted to go home or not. She just paced back and forth. "I know there's a catch." she finally stated. of course there was. Either it was helping out the apprentices with training or helping the assistants catch prey at dawn or helping out the super old stray dogs on the streets groom. it was disgusting. "Tell me what the condition is." she demanded. "Afterall, lady isnt the type of dog who would just give into something as easy as this." she shifted her eyes at damion and locked it where it was. She was determined to get the answer she wanted, fast and quick, however hard it can be.

Damion bared his teeth at her in a friendly manner. "Catch? I don't know. Why don't you ask Lady yourself?" This was proving to be very difficult. But she was pacing, that was a good thing. It meant she was thinking, and hopefully that thinking was about whether she'd come back or not. If she was dead set against it, he didn't think he'd be able to sway her. "Besides, the rest of the gang needs you." Maybe appealing to her pride would help? He didn't know. He was pretty sure that the westie pup wouldn't like him talking about her loyalty. He sat down, waiting patiently for the dirty little dog to make up her mind. They were expected back before noon tomorrow, and already it was late. Hopefully they would make it. If he could sway her, he meant.

Suri scoffed and barked, "Did the rest of the gang need me when I was dwelling in this disgusting place? Werent you guys enjoying your warm caves and running down the streets of new york up to no good?" she questioned. She was becoming very ticked and begining to find that Damion was actually trying to lure her back to the gang life. She didnt like that way. She barked at Damion and started to growl as she thought of the times Lady didnt need her.
Like the time when she was just born to Yeshi and another dog named Goldie who was her mother. Lady had ordered assistants to kill Yeshi because of a disobedient act and Goldie was exiled from New York City shortly after Suri was born. It was weird for Suri, the fact that Lady kept an eye on her every time she goes anywhere where she wasnt wanted.
Another time was when Suri wanted to eat some fresh food stolen from the cafe and the barbeque place a while ago, Lady had said she was forbidden to go there, all pups were. But after a long time of observing she noticed her litterpup, Callie was there, barking around and catching these weird spinning things those new yorkers call frizbees. She had began to dislike Lady then, thinking she didnt favorite her at all.
Back to where she was standing, she stopped pacing. She had a brilliant idea . "If I go back to the gang, will I be able to be assistant?" she asked brightly. she didnt sound excited and neither did she feel excited at all. She was trying to show Damion who the real Suri was. She didnt like being pushed around or baited to other places. she wanted power, pride and enviness of all of the other dogs.

"Of course we needed you." Damion said slowly, following Suri with his eyes. "If we were just enjoying warm caves, do you think Lady would have sent for you?" Okay. So baiting wasn’t a good idea after all. The pup was too smart. Damion knew about Goldie and Yeshi, Suri’s parents, but didn’t really want to bring them up. He knew it was probably pretty hard on Suri. Heck, in fact it was hard on him too. Losing another fellow fighter, whether through death or exilement, was never a good experience. Least of all, losing your parents. Damion felt a small twinge; he was beginning to get hungry. He knew that Suri must be starving though, there wasn’t much more to eat around the little shack besides maybe some rats. He suppressed a smile when Suri mentioned becoming an assistant. Of course, her competitive side, the need to strive beyond everyone else. “Oh yes, did I forget to mention that part?” He asked, his eyes glittering with amusement. “You will take a few days with me and a few other pups for training, so we can make you apprentices.” He flicked one of his ears against a fly. “Of course, I expect you to excel beyond the other pups as usual.” He yawned, watching Suri out of the corner of his eye. He sensed that he was coming closer to the fork here, either she would stay or go with him. Hopefully the latter of the two.
